They are always rated “G” for great family entertainment. The Lamplighters will bring a wide variety of memorable songs and performances to your next event. Great songs, as performed by the chorus, are just the start of a super show! Appearing with the chorus will be 2 quartets who will add a wide variety of songs and will have the audience tapping their feet and singing along.
Directed by the talented and highly rated Dick Naas, we will bring a show that people will be talking about - and you will receive many congrats for a terrific and fun show.
Bring harmony to your special event. The entire chorus or one of the chapter quartets can be engaged to provide entertainment for conventions, meetings, parties, fundraisers, weddings, or for other special occasions. If you love to sing, we encourage you to come by and explore the world of a cappella harmony with us.
Our membership is broad-based, ranging in age from 18 to 80, representing the East Valley and including every occupation imaginable. All of our members are volunteers. We rehearse at least 48 weeks per year to ready to present our shows for you, and the average member of our performing chorus attends 80% of the rehearsals plus most of the performances. Few volunteer organizations are able to claim that level of member dedication.
The Lamplighter Chorus is a fun and friendly group of guys who enjoy singing barbershop and other styles of music. As a chapter of the international Barbershop Harmony Society, we perform frequently in the East Valley Area. Membership in our chorus is open to men of all ages who like to sing.
