8-10am, 9-11am, 10-noon, 1-3pm, 2-4pm, 3-5pm, 4-6pm, 5-7pm, 6-8pm are $60;
8-9am, 10-11am, 1-2pm, 3-4pm, 4-5pm, 5-6pm, 7-8pm are $75;
deliveries requested within a 15 minute window are $100.
